Heat Press Method Instructions

The glossy side is the front and the matte side is the back of the tile.

1. Print the transfer. Be sure to reverse the image, as it will be transferred to the front of the tile.

2. Place a piece of protective paper on the press.

3. Position the tile onto your image and fasten with heat tape. Place the tile and attached transfer face up
on the press, tile on the bottom, image transfer on top.

4. Press.

Wash bracket in dishwashing detergent and warm water to remove any mold release residue. Dry thoroughly, then roughen mounting surface of the bracket with sandpaper to improve adhesion.

Super glue is not recommended for adhesion of the clip.

You may use a hot-glue gun loaded with heavy duty style glue (not hobby glue) sticks.

You may also use E-6000 adhesive (Conde Part Number 230025) to attach the tile to the plastic shade bracket. Allow adhesive to set for at least 12 hours before using final product.

OUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON USING A DK20S, DK3110 AND/OR A COUNTER TOP CONVECTION OVEN. TIMES AND TEMPERATURES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WHICH EQUIPMENT YOU USE.
