Heat Press Method Instructions

1. Lint roll the glove or pot holder.

2. Lay a sheet of protective paper on your press.

3. Put the mitt or pot holder imaging side face up on the protective paper.

4. Cover with a sheet of protective paper and pre-press for 10-15 seconds.

5) Allow to fully cool. Put fresh protective paper on the press.

6. Lay down the mitt or pot holder face up and lint roll it again.

7. Use light Adhesive Spray on your image and lay it flat onto the pot holder or mitt. Do NOT wrap it around as it will ruin the silver parts.

8. Cover with protective paper.

9. Use Heavy Pressure for 50 seconds.

Note: This product is NOT intended for edge-to-edge imprinting. The white area on the very edge will not image well. It is recommenced that you make your image so that no ink goes to the edge. The strap for hanging will sublimate. Protect it with Teflon or fold it inside the glove and use a small piece of tape to hold it there if you do not want it imaged.

OUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON USING A DK20S, DK3110 AND/OR A COUNTER TOP CONVECTION OVEN. TIMES AND TEMPERATURES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WHICH EQUIPMENT YOU USE.
