Heat Press Method Instructions

1. Lay down protective paper on your heat press platen.

2. Lint roll the sublimation area of the wallet.

3. Tape the image to the sublimatable area of the wallet.

4. Arrange the wallet on the edge of the press, with the sublimation area face up and the rest of the wallet hanging off the edge.

5) Cover with protective paper.

6. Press.

The credit card pockets on these wallets sometimes need to be unsealed. During manufacture they tend to fold under the stitching. Just rub the edge of a plastic card along the opening area until it unseals.

OUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON USING A DK20S, DK3110 AND/OR A COUNTER TOP CONVECTION OVEN. TIMES AND TEMPERATURES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WHICH EQUIPMENT YOU USE.
