Heat Press Method Instructions

IPC01K -55 seconds press time
BDR912 -55 seconds press time
IPC00K -55 seconds press time
BDR79 -45 seconds press time
KFC02K -45 seconds press time
BDR35 -40 seconds press time

1. Lint Roll the imaging area of the case.

2. Put a sheet of protective paper on top of the Teflon.

3. Lay case on press face up and cover with protective paper. (Important: non-imaged portion of case needs to be protected from the hot platen with a thin (1/8") piece of felt). Pre- press for 15 seconds. Cool.

4. Using Adhesive Spray, affix the transfer to the case.

5) Place it imaging side face-up (transfer down) on the press. (Important: non-imaged portion of case needs to be protected with felt).

6. Cover with protective paper.

7. Press.

OUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON USING A DK20S, DK3110 AND/OR A COUNTER TOP CONVECTION OVEN. TIMES AND TEMPERATURES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WHICH EQUIPMENT YOU USE.
