Heat Press Method Instructions

2’X2’ 1 minute 30 seconds
2’X4’ 2 minutes

1. Mirror the image and then print.

2. Place a protective sheet of paper onto the bottom rubber platen.

3. Position the TecBoard, imaging side face up onto the protective paper. Lightly mist the transfer with Adhesive Spray and apply it, imaging side facedown, onto the face-up substrate.

4. Press

Note: TecBoard gets very soft once it is heated, so lay it perfectly flat to cool.

Cutting TecBoard:
Use a boxcutter (razor knife) with a straight edge and clamps to hold the big sheet down on the cutting table. It can be cut with a fine-toothed saw (power or hand) or router as well. If using a power tool, the edges can heat up enough to melt or throw off melted "saw dust" that can easily be scraped off.

OUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON USING A DK20S, DK3110 AND/OR A COUNTER TOP CONVECTION OVEN. TIMES AND TEMPERATURES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WHICH EQUIPMENT YOU USE.
